Calling College Coaches General Advice

General Advice: Personal Email, Texts and Phone Calls:

When a coach is personally contacting a recruit, this means there is a strong initial interest and it is imperative the student-athlete respond back to the coach within 1-2 days.  Again, if the student-athlete is temporarily swamped with practice, games and/or school work, than thank the coach via email or text, reiterate your excitement and let them know of your busy schedule and that you look forward to contacting them within the next few days or following week.
